Welcome to the Corliss Neighborhood information page...
This site was created after costly disputes over water access at the end of Corliss Way, a private way in Eastham, Massachusetts, remained unresolved. This lack of resolution has left residents of the Warren Corliss, Melville Richardson, and Twin Rocks subdivisions without clear definitions of the state of the neighborhood, and which lots have deeded access to which areas of the neighborhood.
In effort to create a sort of clearinghouse of information regarding the history of the development of the subdivisions, and historical information on individual properties as they currently exist, this site will present sub-development and property maps, deeds, and deeded easement information per lot.
